Primarily a solo home-based business owned and operated by Julie Russell, Billboard Web Services has evolved since 2002 into specialization in websites for artists, small galleries and a variety of small businesses. Julie moved from Alberta to British Columbiain 1998 following a long career in health care and earned her Information Technology certificate through Athabasca University (online) in 2000. Work in online research and customer service led to a desire to create websites that are easily understood and easy to navigate.
Growing with the Internet, learning new technologies as they developed to produce classic, timeless, user-friendly websites, I have now semi-retired and provide only basic update and hosting services to existing clients.
